I’m very happy for Paris!
It means she won the major portion of the lawsuit.

Still to be determined is how much of the $1 million she was paid for the movie was based on future promotional efforts.

So she might still have to return a portion of that – but probably not.

The bankruptcy attorneys would have to come up with pretty compelling evidence and that’s hard to do in this case.

So far so good.
