It seems that Paris Hilton’s Hollywood pad did not appraise for the sale price.
Paris’s realtor Mauricio Umansky from the firm Hilton and Hyland said that the mansion’s highest appraisal is at 3.6 million dollars.
Umansky, who is Hilton’s uncle, revealed that the purchase price also includes furniture and chandeliers summing up between 600,000 dollars and 700,000 dollars, reports TMZ.
The realtor also said that one of the chandeliers is made by Baccarat, which is alone worth 40,000 dollars.
Umansky also said that a couple has bought the house for the agreed purchase price and will get the key next week.

That sounds about right, no problem at all.
The new buyers aquired the house and the furnishings for the agreed on price.
Understandably, Paris would want to buy new furniture for her new house.
