 Matt Leinart celebrated being drafted into the NFL by partying at a Las Vegas nightclub on Tuesday with Paris Hilton.
For the record, Leinart was joined at the club PURE by more than 200 of his closest friends, including Nick Lachey, Wilmer Valderrama and Danny Masterson – but he spent the better part of the evening with the newly single Hilton, a source tells PEOPLE.
On his way into the bash, the 22-year-old, 6′5″, Heisman Trophy-winning quarterback, who was recently drafted by the Arizona Cardinals, told PEOPLE, “After this, it’s all business, all NFL.”
Inside, he danced with Hilton, 25, on the club’s VIP beds. She called him “baby” and rested her head on his back, sometimes holding his hand, says the source.
The pair danced the night away – and at one point disappeared together behind closed doors in the club’s private suite.
Later, Hilton treated the crowd to an impromptu concert, jumping on top of the DJ booth and belting out several songs from her upcoming album, including a rendition of Rod Stewart’s “Do You Think I’m Sexy” – which she dedicated to Leinart.
When not on the dance floor, the pair nestled themselves into the corner of a VIP bed, where they kissed and hugged before leaving around 3:30 a.m.
Hilton and Leinart have been spotted together several times recently. On May 1, Hilton, wearing a brunette wig, shopped at the Grove in Los Angeles with Leinart, PEOPLE reports. That night, they partied together at L.A. club Shag. “They seemed really into each other,” said one witness. “He was very touchy-feely.”
Leinart’s rep denies that they’re dating, and Hilton’s publicist, Elliot Mintz, says, “She knows Matt, she likes Matt. They are friends. I don’t want to go any further than that. They have known each other a while.”

I don’t mean to disrespect Paris or anything but isn’t she moving on just a little too fast? It’s like she doesn’t take her relationships seriously and she gets over her ex boyfriends SO quickly. She doesn’t mourn, lol. And it might come back and bite her in the ass because how is any guy gonna take her seriously? They might just be using her. :/ Sorry if that sounded mean, I just think she should be careful.

i know what your saying webmiss. but still i think she is just heart broken, and moving on cause i heard stavros did too. soo yea she is moving fast buttt i think she can handle it. lol

I know what you think but i think that Paris is just one of those girls who have to be with someone i think it shows that she is commited to her relationships and takes them seriously. I think that she is claerly heartbroken but she feels a sense of security with boyfriends.
I feel bad for her, I’m sure it hurts, we’ve all been there.
She tries hard but once she realizes it’s not going anywhere, she moves on. She acts just like a guy when it comes to break-ups.
Of course, mourning a relationship endlessly does not get you anywhere either.
I just wish she could find a decent and reliable man.
But if she wants to marry, she probably needs to look at someone who’s a bit closer to 30 and who wants to settle down.
Guys in their early twenties aren’t mature enough.
I really liked Latsis, too bad his parents messed things up for them. I think they could have had a wonderful life together,closed the gates,and shut out the rest of the world.

The photographers who were camped outside her house tell TMZ that Stavros arrived around 1a.m. and spent an hour crying and ringing her door bell, begging to be let in. At one point, Stavros was spotted sprawled out on her driveway.
Around 2 am Paris finally let him in and the screaming continued. We are told they were so loud the fight could be heard outside the house. Stavros was heard hollering “Take me back!” and “I give you everything!!” Sources say during the fight Matt Leinart’s name was brought up a few times.
We are also told Paris was overheard trying to calm down the rich Greek by saying “Take it easy” and “Go home and get some sleep.”
During the night, a cab came and went three times, but each time left without the shipping heir. Finally, around 8 in the morning, Stavros got in a cab and headed out.
The plot thickens as Paris and Stavros were seen out Wednesday night together and sources tell us the two wound up spending the night at her house, leaving us to wonder are they apart… or not?

I watched both EXTRA! and Access Hollywood tonight.
On EXTRA they showed Paris at the Hard Rock in Vegas, and she said she came up to help Leinert and Nick Lachey celebrate. She looked gorgeous in her blue gown.
On Access Hollywood, they showed Stavros crying all night in front of the Hilton mansion. Whatever is best for both of them, I hope it works out.
Paris has always treated Stavros with so much kindness, you’d think he’d appreciate her.
Anyway, when interviewed, both Leinert and Paris said they’re only friends. And Nick Lachey said he’s very happy at this time and glad to be back making music again.
