I hope they let her out early. I’ve heard other attorneys (not connected to Paris/the Hilton family) commenting and they’ve said how in similar circumstances people are normally released after about a day due to overcrowding. Paris should NOT be punished more harshly than what a “normal” person would get.
I don’t think you as a fan site owner for Paris should put her mug shot on your fan site. It’s in poor taste, much like Sarah Silverman’s digs on Paris while she was SITTING RIGHT IN THE AUDIENCE

I totally agree with you Dea. The remarks she said were absurd and were not necessary. It was also wrong for Dane Cook to say “After the remarks Sarah said to Paris shes going to check herself into jail early.” But Paris looks good in the mug shots (like always, shes always looking hot) Im definitly going to write a letter to her. I hope shes doing well and shes safe.

It may be in poor taste to have her mug shot on the site, but the fact is, people want to see it. If I hadn’t posted it, I would be bombarded with emails about it, asking why I didn’t post it. It’s hard to win. I support Paris 100% though, and I hope she gets out early – she doesn’t deserve this.

It’s not about being self-righteous, it’s about being responsible for your own actions and staying in control. Yes. .08 is California’s legal limit…so she WAS drunk. I’m sorry, maybe .08 doesn’t affect you, but for someone like paris who weighs about 80 pounds…that’s drunk!…as proven by her erratic driving. And all of you who bash the police…they’re doing their f***ing job! Who’s the first person you would call if you get robbed, raped or hit by a drunk driver and lose both your legs? If it was some Joe Blow getting pulled over…yes, he would be getting arrested. The difference is that he would probably get probation and the large fine that goes with this kind of charge. For the average guy, having to pay that kind of money for doing something stupid is going to teach him a lesson the FIRST time around. For a celeb like Paris, what do you think handing her probation again and a fine is going to do? A few thousand dollars is nothing to her…That’s why she got jail time.

I think that Paris is being treated unfairly. Although I have never been a huge fan of hers I can’t believe that the media and papparazzi have put this girl through so much. I know that my opinion doesn’t really matter and this is my first time doing this kind of thing, but these people have put her through the ringer and it is not fair. Just because some judge did not want to get off his high horse she got this completley harsh and cruel sentence. I hope that she will come out shining brighter than ever and will think twice about who she thinks who her friends are.

Oh, this is to the point of being ridiculous. I am so sick and tired of these newspeople saying that she is getting “celebrity justice”. Look, it is not like she was pulled over again for dui she was just driving while her license was suspended. She did not kill anyone or put anyone in harms way by driving. Yeah, I would say there are 2 different sides to justice. Fair and Cruel and unusual punishment. What is wrong with her just being on house arrest, wouldn’t that be more cost effective anyway? They would still be able to monitor her. Then to extend her sentence back to 45 days. I am sorry but this judge is just wrong. Like I said in one of earlier comments I have really never been a huge fan of Paris’ however, now I can proudly say that I am a TEAM PARIS member. Hopefully, her lawyers will appeal and she will get the justice she deserves.
