Dave has had problems with alcohol and speeding in his own past , so he is in no position to judge anyone else. Dave was really just being silly the last time Paris was there but he hit a sore spot because her jail sentence WAS unfair. Nicole and Lohan got off with so much less time,and the same judge bent over backwards for Kiefer Southerland - he let him work around his TV schedule, plus Kiefer served in the Glendale jail which is much nicer. Anyway,I hope this time it will be a better experience for Paris on Letterman. Dave probably apologized.
