The day she got out of the slammer, Paris Hilton was given a popular new accessory: a crystal-covered license-plate frame.
To cheer up the heiress postlockdown, License2Bling created three specially made, iced-out frames just for Paris (shown above). “We gave the plates to Paris because she is the Queen of Bling,” says Beny Benjamini, owner of License2Bling. “We hoped that our gift would help her feel like she was coming out of a negative situation on a positive note.”
