Paris Hilton‘s biographer was thrilled when his subject was jailed for probation violation earlier this year because his literary expose was lacklustre without it. Chas NewKey-Burden was commissioned to detail the hotel heiress’ life as part of a book deal, but he reveals the effort was bland before her June incarceration. Despite having already finished Paris Hilton: Life on the Edge, he was more than happy to take it back and spice it up when she was thrown in jail. He says, “I’ve nothing against Paris Hilton and I admire a lot about her, but from the point of view of an author, it was great. “Then she came out but then the judge said ‘No, we’re going to put her back inside.’ That night I sat there wondering what I’d done to deserve such luck.”
