Paris has been accused of abandoning her cat at a vets – and now she has been told she can’t have it back.
Paris adopted the feline from California’s Kris Kelly Foundation just a week before she went to jail last May, according to TMZ.com.
But apparently she did not get round to having the cat neutered until January 30 – and has not been back to pick it up since.
The charity’s founder herself, Kris Kelly, reportedly told the gossip website she tried to speak to Paris about picking up the animal – named Prada – but has not heard back.
Now she says she will not return the cat to the socialite because it is “a clear-cut case of abandonmentâ€.
Paris’ people, meanwhile, claim the cat was due to be delivered to one of her people following the op. They say whole incident is a publicity stunt by Kelly after the two had a falling out.

Why do these people always feel a need to run to the newspapers about trivial things?
I doubt that Paris would abandon her cat.
If Kelly won’t give the cat back to Paris, for whatever reason, what is the point of her notifying the press?
Kelly wants her 15 minutes of fame I guess. This is so stupid.
So this woman has had the cat since Jan 30?
That’s only TWO WEEKS! What is she bitching about?
So why didn’t she give the cat back to Paris reps after the operation?
Surely she should understand that Paris has been busy since her release.
But evidently Paris had the cat fixed just as soon as she had the time.

It seems to me that animal rescue people are difficult to deal with.
everybody wants to use Paris’ fame 2 promote themselves. this lady seems like shes exaggerating so she can make Paris look like the bad guy and to get publicity. desperate
