Two trendy Las Vegas clubs have been put on notice for allowing celebrity Paris Hilton’s underage boyfriend into their establishments on New Year’s Eve.

Tao Asian Bistro in the Venetian and Body English at the Hard Rock Hotel received warning letters last month from the Clark County Business License Department after investigators determined that Stavros Niarchos, 19, had been allowed into the clubs.

Both clubs were told they had violated county code but were not issued citations because operators had cooperated with county agents, the letters said.

Photographs of Hollywood star VAL KILMER allegedly groping and kissing socialite PARIS HILTON have been published in an Australian magazine.

Weekly publication NW claim they have exclusively obtained the images, which show the 46-year-old actor getting up close and personal with the 25-year-old socialite several years ago.

NW believe the images have been leaked for the upcoming auction of Hilton’s belongings, which were legally seized from a Los Angeles storage unit after THE SIMPLE LIFE star fell behind with payments.

The photos are believed to have been taken in the actor’s rented West Hollywood mansion in 2002, when Kilmer was filming WONDERLAND. Hilton had a cameo role in the movie, joining Kilmer’s character on a yacht.

Last year (05), Kilmer criticised the media fascination with Hilton, saying, “Paris Hilton is a great example. She’s famous for nothing. It’s what we are celebrating in my country – the nothingness of her fame.”

THE OC star, 20, reportedly fell out with the socialite, 25, when she began dating Hilton’s best pal KIMBERLY STEWART’s ex-fiance CISCO ADLER and formed a close friendship with Hilton’s former friend NICOLE RICHIE.

At a BAFTA after-party on Sunday (19FEB06), Barton denied there was a rivalry with Hilton, but admitted she wasn’t impressed with the reality TV star’s attitude, saying, “She seems to hate everyone around her age who is more successful.”

In response, Hilton tells the New York Daily News, “I don’t even know the girl. I could care less. It seems like she’s the one trying to stir up a rivalry. I’ve never said a word about her in my life. But she seems to be spending a lot of time thinking about me.”

Barton’s publicist insists the actress was “joking” when discussing Hilton.
