Paris Hilton insisted on being treated like royalty when visiting the toilet at a swanky London club last weekend. The 24-year-old heiress was spotted knocking back drinks at swanky West End club Kabaret’s Prophecy before ordering her aides to clear the bathroom of ordinary people before she entered.

A clubber said: “Whenever she needed the loo, security was dispatched to clear the ladies for her arrival.

“Then she and her friends would go in together while her flunkies guarded the door.

” ‘The Simple Life’ star was accompanied to the club by fiancé, 27-year-old Paris Kasidokostas, who sported a T-shirt emblazoned with a raunchy picture of the sexy blonde.
The wealthy couple were later seen having a lover’s tiff before kissing and making up on the dance floor.

The source added to Britain’s Daily Mirror newspaper: “Towards the end of the night it looked as if she and her fiancé were having a heated discussion – arms were flailing everywhere and Paris stormed off.

But they soon kissed and made up and by the time they left they were all lovey-dovey again”

Staffers at Vanity Fair are steamed over editor Graydon Carter’s reported choice of Paris Hilton for the September issue’s cover, Radar Magazine hears. “Graydon is obsessed – obsessed – with her and has been dying to put her on the cover for a long time,” says one Hollywood insider.

Paris Hilton was far from thrilled when her mother KATHY took her to the ballet – because she was much more interested in chatting on her phone.

Paris’ mother decided to treat the hotel heiress to a trip to the San Francisco Ballet – but the blonde beauty’s attention span quickly gave way.

Kathy says of her daughter, “She loved the first hour, but after a while she got antsy and bored and wanted to go outside and talk on her cell phone, but at least she tried it.

“Try everything, and at least you’ll know what you don’t like.”

Hotel heiress PARIS HILTON is planning to start having children soon after her wedding to PARIS LATSIS – on the advice of her future father-in-law.

The blonde beauty, who accepted Greek shipping heir Latsis’ marriage proposal last month (MAY05), has met with the billionaire’s father GRIGORIS KASIDOKOSTAS, and he’s thrilled to welcome her into his family.

Kasidokostas, who first met Hilton in December (04) on a family skiing vacation in Gstaad, Switzerland, says, “I love Paris like a daughter. (When I met her) I understood why my son is so crazy about her. She is not only beautiful, but a very sweet and kind girl. The whole family is thrilled with the news.”

Hilton adds of Kasidokostas, “He loves me and it so happy for us. He wants to be a grandpa soon, and he has told us to have kids when we are young. I promise we will not disappoint him.”

Is this love affair too good to be true? It involves a massive diamond ring, a gushing bride-to-be and a mother of the bride who’s thrilled that her daughter, once infamous for starring in a porn video, is about to marry an heir to a vast Greek shipping fortune. Sound like a fairy tale?

Well, some folks close to Paris Hilton and Paris Latsis say it is just a fairy tale and tell Star that the recently engaged couple will never make it down the aisle.

“IT’S A PLOY”
One of Hilton’s friends doesn’t believe the engagement story for a second. “It’s a fake!” the insider tells Star. “No one is taking [the weddingplans] seriously.” Even though the Hilton clan celebrated Paris’ engagement at the $10 million Beverly Hills, Calif., mansion she shares with her beau, other insiders suggest the engagement is designed to get Hilton, 24, some positive press to counter her current media scandal: her sexy commercial for the West Coast burger chain Carl’s Jr. In the super-hot spot, Paris, clad only in a skimpy black swimsuit, eats a burger while washing a Bentley. It’s so racy that it’s not aired before 9 p.m. in the Southeast and Midwest, where decency groups tried to have it banned.

A source familiar with New York society circles tells Star that Paris’ mom, Kathy Hilton, was horrified by the ad, which shows her daughter as a sexpot, an image Kathy had hoped would fade. “Kathy felt humiliated,” reports the insider. “They worked hard to rectify Paris’ image after her [porn] video, then she goes and makes a raunchy commercial.”

Other sources close to Hilton claim she’s a loveaholic who’s desperate to tie the knot. “She’s kind of emotionally insecure, and the one thing she wants more than anything is to be loved unconditionally,” says one source of Paris, who was engaged to model Jason Shaw in 2001. “She thinks marriage will give her security.” (Hilton’s rep denies that the engagement is phony.)

THE WORD IN GREECE
Meanwhile, sources familiar with the Athens, Greece-based Latsis clan say the family isn’t too happy about the relationship and don’t consider the engagement official. Why? Because of Hilton’s hardpartying reputation. The Latsises are also convinced that their young progeny is a playboy who won’t ever really settle down. And while Paris Latsis’ mother, Marianna, has said publicly that she approves of the nuptials, others who know the family say that privately she’s expressing doubt. One Greek newspaper claims Latsis’ father, politician Gregory Kasidokostas, has even refused to meet the Hiltons. “It’s a question of Hilton’s image,” the Latsis family friend tells Star, noting that the Latsis family has always shied away from seeking headlines. According to another source, Latsis’ late grandfather, John Latsis, the son of a fisherman, who built the family’s $7.5 billion fortune (the Hiltons are worth $775 million), would be shocked by the engagement.

Unlike his billionaire Greek shipping rival Aristotle Onassis, who wed Jackie Kennedy, the Latsis patriarch hated media attention. “He must be turning in his grave,” says Peter Evans, an expert on Greek dynasties and the author of Nemesis, a book about the Onassis and Kennedy clans.

“The thought of his heir betrothed to a girl who’s been filmed having sex would’ve driven him wild.”

Other Greek observers say Paris Latsis, 22, gets his nonconformist streak from his mother. “It’s life repeating itself,” says Christos Zambounis, director of Life & Style, an Athens-based monthly magazine, noting that Latsis’ father was a water-ski instructor when he married into the Latsis clan. “The choices Marianna made weren’t approved by her family,” he tells Star. “Paris is doing the same.” Note to Paris Hilton: That marriage didn’t last either.

Hotel heiress PARIS HILTON’s pet Chihuahua TINKERBELL has torn a chunk out of a TV show producer’s hand.

The pooch was accompanying Paris’ mother, KATHY HILTON, on American TV show TODAY, filmed in New York, when things suddenly turned violent backstage.

Kathy took the dog with her while promoting her new show I WANT TO BE A HILTON, after being enlisted with the job of minding Tinkerbell while Paris visited Los Angeles on business.

A show insider tells PAGESIX.COM, “Kathy knows everyone just wants to hear about or be with Paris, so since Paris couldn’t be there, she thought Tink was almost as good.”

But before she was interviewed by KATIE COURIC, Kathy was sitting in the green room when the producer came in and said, ‘Oh, Tinkerbell!’ She put her hand in Tink’s Louis Vuitton carrying case and it bit her hand.

“Tinkerbell wasn’t kidding – she really bit in good. The producer had to shake the dog off. It was a nasty bite.”

Paris Hilton has received another lavish gift from her fiance PARIS LATSIS – a $12 million (GBP6.3 million) house.

While the hotel heiress attended a party with her billionaire beau at the ESQUIRE house in Beverly Hills, California, she immediately fell in love with the plush property.

The Mediterranean-style home, decorated by Esquire magazine and recently owned by American football player KEYSHAWN JOHNSON, was so alluring to Hilton that Latsis bought it for her.

Greek shipping heir Latsis proposed to Hilton last month (MAY05) – and his fiancee then went on a spending spree for engagement ring, reportedly opting for two diamond-encrusted jewels worth a total of $6.3 million (GBP3.3 million).

Paris’s family is launching a reality show. We dropped by their house and discovered that the Hiltons aren’t nearly as scary as you’d think. How could they be?

Like daughter, like mother. Kathy Hilton, star of the new NBC series, “I Want to Be a Hilton,” asked her 24-year-old daughter, Paris, for tips about appearing on reality TV.

Hilton, star of Fox’s “The Simple Life,” had this advice: “Be very careful not to look in the camera. Always be camera-ready. And don’t trust the producers,” her mother said.

Kathy Hilton says Paris laughed when reminded that her father, real estate entrepreneur Rick Hilton, is one of the show’s producers.

“I just told her to always know the camera’s there,” Paris Hilton told reporters recently, according to AP Radio. “And not say anything bad because there’s a microphone on you. And just to be yourself.”

On “I Want to Be a Hilton,” set to debut Tuesday night, Kathy Hilton guides 14 young contestants through a variety of weekly challenges in the New York social scene, ranging from art and culture to beauty and fashion.

Each week she eliminates those who “didn’t make the list.” The winner will receive a $200,000 trust fund.

Kathy Hilton says she jumped at the chance to host her own reality TV show.

“I didn’t even think about it. Why not? When I just heard all these fun things that I can do and take these people. That’s all I really thought about and then I thought, `Ooh, I’ve gotten myself into this, haven’t I?’” she said.
