Celebrity socialite PARIS HILTON has rubbished reports she has been secretly romancing music mogul SCOTT STORCH – she insists she is blissfully happy with husband-to-be PARIS LATSIS.

The super-wealthy blonde sparked rumours her engagement to the Greek shipping heir is on the rocks at pop star PHARRELL WILLIAMS’ MTV Video Music Awards party, when she was spotted holding hands with the CANDY SHOP producer, reports PageSix.com.

Storch, who is the musical mastermind behind Hilton’s upcoming debut album, also accompanied Hilton to the award show itself (28AUG05).

However, Hilton’s spokesman ROB ZIMMERMAN insists the pair are simply pals – and Paris can’t wait to wed her namesake.

He tells PageSix.com, “Paris is very happy and in love with Paris, and the wedding is still on.

“Warner Brothers flew Paris and Scott down for the VMAs to bring some attention to the album. They’re just friends.”

But Hilton’s mother KATHY admits that making wedding plans during the visit proved to be a lot more difficult than they’d anticipated.

She says, “It would have been difficult (to make plans) because even going out at night in Mykonos, when we thought most people would be asleep, we saw people standing on the rocks or lurking in alleys looking for Paris.

“We tried to disguise ourselves with wigs and scarves. When we would go out to dinner, we’d either dine inside the yacht with the curtains closed, or we would go out to places where Paris would wear a wig and a hat, and we’d sit in a little cove and that worked out fine.

“Then people started recognising Mr Paris and then we had to be more cautious.”

Hilton recently announced that she found the perfect place in Greece to exchange nuptials with Latsis, but they’ve yet to set a wedding date.

Paris Hilton lost £2 million worth of pink diamonds at a party in Ibiza.

The 24-year-old Hilton Hotel heiress was having fun and dancing with friends in a villa near San Antonio when she lost the expensive jewellery. However, Hilton’s representative responds, “Andrew must be mistaken. There is no official release date yet.”

Grigoris Kasidokostas, father of Paris Latsis, has reportedly denied claims that his son is serious about marrying hotel heiress Paris Hilton.

He claims that his son is in no hurry to marry fiancee Paris Hilton, because he has not yet discussed the marriage plans with him, which went to show his lack of seriousness over the affair.

“If he hasn’t discussed this with his own father, how serious could it be? That should tell you the whole story,” Femalefirst quoted Kasidokostas as telling website PageSix.com.

Kasidokostas has also asked young Hilton to patiently wait for marriage with Latsis, if she loves him.

“He doesn’t have a lot of experience with women. If Paris Hilton really loves my son, she’ll have to be patient,” he said.
