Paris Hilton turned down the role of Lucy Ewing in the new Dallas movie, because she’s not ready to take on such a big role. The hotel heiress made her movie debut in House Of Wax, Hilton wants to cut her teeth in smaller films before she hits Hollywood’s blockbusters. She says, “I was a huge fan of the show and never missed it when I was a kid - more for the hair and fashions than the storylines. “But the truth is the role is too demanding for me. I told them I need to make a few more smaller movies first, then take it from there.”

Paris Hilton wants to end her long-running rift with Nicole Richie but is scared to pick up the phone. The pair have been feuding since 2005 and even shot most of the latest season of their show The Simple Life apart. Hilton confesses she wants to patch things up, but doesn’t know how to. She says, “Nicole and I are going through something right now, but I love her. She’s like a sister to me, so hopefully we’ll work something out. “I’m scared (to call her) It’s just weird and hard when you haven’t spoken for so long. I don’t know what would happen. I’m going to wait a while.” “I’ve known her, like, 20 years and the whole thing is ridiculous.”

The feuding socialites have reportedly been offered the chance to patch up their former friendship on US chat show The Late Show. Host David Letterman has offered to play peacekeeper after inviting The Simple Life stars to appear together on his chat show in September (06). The two former pals fell out amid reports Richie aired a private viewing of Hilton’s controversial sex tape. Both girls have refused to go into detail about their bust-up, with Hilton repeatedly telling journalists, “She knows what she did.”

Paris Hilton is back together with her ex-boyfriend, Greek shipping heir Stavros Niarchos – at least for now.

“We’re together now here. We love each other,” Hilton, who, like Niarchos, is in Saint-Tropez, told PEOPLE on Monday at Diddy’s Unforgettable 50 party aboard a rented yacht.

While talking to PEOPLE, Hilton paused for a moment to call Niarchos on her PDA. “Stav, where are you, baby?” she said. “Come on over. I love you.”

Seconded Hilton’s friend, Carolina D’Amore, “They love each other very much.”

On Saturday night, Hilton was seen partying with Niarchos at the VIP Room nightclub, where she treated him to a pole dance. The following night they kissed at the nearby club Les Caves du Roy.

Hilton, 25, and Stavros, 21, split in May after seven months of dating.

Niarchos was previously involved with Mary-Kate Olsen. After his split from Hilton, he was spotted partying with Lindsay Lohan.

Hilton was previously engaged to Paris Latsis, also a Greek shipping heir.

Socialite Paris Hilton has ducked out of a chart battle with Christina Aguilera. The aspiring pop star had planned to release her self-titled debut album on 14 August (06), until she discovered it would be the same day as Aguilera releases her new double album Back To Basics. No new date was given for Hilton’s record launch.

Paris Hilton has rekindled her romance with ex-boyfriend Stavros Niarchos.

The hotel heiress was seen romping with the Greek shipping heir in a St Tropez nightclub in full view of other revellers.

Paris ran into Stavros at the VIP club in the exclusive French resort, and before long they couldn’t keep their hands off each other.

Paris, 25, wrapped her legs around Stavros’ waist as the pair shared a passionate kiss in the middle of the busy nightclub.

His shirt was unbuttoned almost to the waist as ‘The Simple Life’ star kissed and fondled him for all tto see.

It seems Paris has had a change of heart regarding men.

Last month, the blonde star, who has just launched a pop career, announced she was giving up men for a year to concentrate on her career.

She said at the time: “I’m doing it just because I want to. I feel I’m becoming stronger as a person. Every time I have a boyfriend, I’m just so romantic, and I’ll put all my energy into the guy, and I don’t really pay attention to myself.”

Despite having some time off men (and sex) at the moment, Paris Hilton has given herself five years to find the man that’s right for her and start a family - and she’s more specific about the man she wants now too.

The 25 year old socialite said recently: “When I was younger it was all about looks, but as I’ve got older and become more mature, I want to find someone who can make me laugh - and who is fun, honest and sweet.”

“I’d like to be married and settled down by the time I’m 30. I’d like four kids.”

The hotel heiress - whose self-titled record is to be released in August - has revealed the veteran rocker gave her his permission to record a version of his 1978 hit while they were partying together, according to Bang Media.

She told Scotland’s Daily Record newspaper: “My producer and I were hanging out with Rod one night and it came on and we all thought it would be the perfect song for me to do.”

Paris also revealed she originally planned to record a rock album, but changed her mind mid-way because she is not a fan of the genre.

She said: “We were recording a rock album and I wasn’t really feeling it. “I liked it, it was really good for rock music, but I don’t listen to rock much. I love hip-hop and pop.”
