TMZ has learned that Paris Hilton has not only had her sentence cut short, she is already out of jail!
Unimpeachable sources tell TMZ the deal was sealed yesterday, and that Hilton made her exit early early this morning.
She was originally sentenced to 45 days in jail, but that was reduced to 23. She served a total of three days — the normal stay for a violation of this kind.
The L.A. County Sheriff’s Department will hold a news conference in an hour to discuss what went down.
That’s the only thing the State of california could do. The State sent a wrong message across the world. the message was - stay away from out country becuase we don’t hesitate to put young attractive women in jial - with gusto I’ll stay well away.

I think it is a shame….shame on you, Paris. You speak of setting an example…you should be embarassed. Your example for young girls including my granddaughter and nieces, is that it is okay to do what you do such as, do drugs, smoking, drinking and driving, dressing like an expensive hooker. But when it comes time to step up to the plate and show some responsiblity, you call the doctor. In my eyes, the only example you are setting is a poor one. 40 days with an ankle braclett and confined to the luxury of your plush home is not a lessoned learned. That is my opinion, of course, however, as an adult, which believe it or not, you are an adult, I feel, you should be very ashamed of yourself. People say, “well the poor thing is on camera 24/7″ that to me is even more of a reason to show a positive example to others. Your show “the simple life” I feel you only are making fun of the real hard working people of our country. From the latest news, Paris Hilton has been reassigned to serve in home 40 days instead of jail. This is greatest news for her and all her fans!
This morning, when I learnt she cried in jail all days and wasn’t able to eat and sleep, my heart is nearly broken. She is already on the brink of her life! I am really afraid the some tragedy will happen on her! I am really afraid we will lose a symbol of beauty.
Now everything is ok, she will serve in home instead of jail. I am sure this lesson will help her learn many things. She also will be much stronger.

The early release of Ms Hilton was a despicable insult to the American judicial system. It is obvious that, as far as the Los Angeles Sheriff is concerned, if you are rich justice does not apply to you. Ms Hilton should be ashamed, and should never appear in public again.

The media is pretty negative towards you Paris, I suggest keeping your head up and staying positive, and knowing that your family, friends and fans are supporting you.

You remind me alot of myself, being I’m in my late thirties, when I was in my early to late twenties I used to dance on table tops and just have a blast at the clubs, every where I went tourist would ask to take pictures of me. I had a awesome time when I was your age until I had two kids, my traveling and parting sort of slowed me down a bit. So that is why I think your so much fun to watch, you bring out the happiness and joy and the I don’t care how you feel about me attitude, in which I respect. There are so many negative people who are not happy, and they want to find something to bring you down to make you feel unhappy. Maybe one day you and Nicole can come down to my home town in Seattle, and have some fun with me and my family, just the seven of us, having fun and just having tearful stomach holding laughs.
