Socialite-turned-reality TV star Paris Hilton had a surprise in store when she appeared on The Late Show With David Letterman in America on Thursday (28APR05) - the host had picked up a copy of her long lost movie debut.
Hilton was only five when she appeared with her sister Nicky in 1991’s WISHMAN and was credited as one of Two Girls on The Beach.
The Simple Life star watched her brief movie debut before stepping out to chat to Letterman and confessed it was lovely to see a project she had forgotten about.
She said, “My sister and I were in Hawaii on the beach and, like, my mom’s friend was like, ”Will you have them play in the background?” But I never saw it.”
Her Late Show appearance wasn’t all fun, however - Letterman tried to trick the hotel heiress into revealing why she’d parted company with Simple Life co-star Nicole Richie and then quizzed her as to whether newly-single Brad Pitt had called her to ask her out on a date.
Uncomfortable Hilton insisted she was madly in love with her boyfriend, Paris Latsis, and wouldn’t even consider dating Pitt, adding “I love you Paris” direct to cameras, before blasting Letterman, adding “You’re starting trouble tonight.”
