Hotel heiress PARIS HILTON has reportedly lost her advertising contract with German directory website GoYellow – because she parties too much. According to the online edition of German tabloid Bild, the three-year contract was prematurely cancelled because Hilton’s wild lifestyle conflicted with the values of the communications business. The company argues Hilton’s notoriety was no longer good press for the venture. GoYellow boss DR KLAUS HARISCH tells the publication, “Paris helped us a lot last year to make our product known. But within the last months she hasn’t moved on from being a party girl to become a businesswoman, as it was agreed. “At the moment, she isn’t a co-operation partner who identifies sufficiently with our product.” GoYellow and Hilton signed the contract last year.
Everybody say it with me “laaaaaaaame”, lol. I don’t know if this ‘Bild’ magazine is reliable but if this is true then that’s just the stupidest thing I have heard in a long time. Because she parties too much? come on!! She’s young! And what does that even have to do with the firm?

WTF, it’s not like goYellow didn’t know Paris parties. She’s only 25,for god’s sake. They probably just wanted to save money,now that Paris helped them get on the map. No loyalty.
Unless her contract contains a 1950′s type morals clause – which is doubtful – Goyellow.de can’t do that. Who,for example, defines excessive partying?
If Paris had an optional renewable contract,and they chose not to use her again, that’s not the same as firing. Otherwise, they would have to buy out her three year contract.
The German courts are very fair and justice comes promptly.
Paris ought to sue this company’s *** off if they try to weasel out of a contract by badmouthing her.
I checked, and this Co. is located in Munich, which is in the state of Bavaria. I’m sure the Hilton group has some lawyers on retainer in the vicinity, or maybe they can recommend a law firm to handle the matter.
For this professor to go to the Bildzeitung – it just sounds nuts.
At the very least, her lawyers ought to go after him for ‘Ueble Nachrede’ – which is the legal term for slander in Germany.
