Crying Paris Driven To Court

Paris was in floods of tears when she left her home to attend a court hearing in the back of a police car earlier today. Hilton had previously been given permission to sit in on the hearing - to determine whether she should be sent back to jail - via telephone, but Los Angeles judge Michael T. Sauer ordered she appear in person and sent a car to collect her from her Hollywood home.

Prosecutors are due to appeal the decision to release Hilton on house arrest yesterday for medical reasons, and allow her to finish her sentence for violating probation at home. Los Angeles Sheriff Lee Baca insists the decision was made on medical grounds, but critics believe she was granted preferential treatment. The 26-year-old was serving a 23-day sentence in Los Angeles’ Century Regional Detention Center for violating her parole following a 2006 drink-driving arrest.

I think this is the result of jealousy. I think it is a crying shame that just because you are beautiful and rich you should be punished with 45 days in jail. She is not a criminal, i have known of people in ms that have 4 dui’s and dealt drugs and are still walking the steets owing fine after fine. This is just so unfair. I feel for her family I also have 4 beautiful daughters.

If Paris suffers from a DSMIV listed psychological condition such as bi-polar disorder or a schyzo type of disorder, the parents have NOT dealt properly with the issue and have been especially CRUEL, mainly the mother.
One such condition would have justified the appeal and the appeal would have most certainly changed the terms of the sentence.
I mean if Mrs. Hilton is worried and hopes to continue on hidding the issue then let me tell you that she has done wrong, very wrong indeed.
All of this in the name of her family, is not right.
If PAris does suffer form one of the above, look at more than a year at a rest house in Switzerland and bye bye any sort of artistic activity.
Poor Paris.

This whole episode is a joke. The Judge should go to jail. I now of people who assalt other and permantly cause injures on lives, but they dont even serve any time. Is it a crime to be rich?

I don’t think Paris has an actual chronic mental condition.

It’s just that this situation with the judge and jail is pushing her into a nervous breadown.

Her friends say Paris is claustrophobic, so that would make it very difficult for her to be confined to a small space.

Paris is not crazy. This judge and his hateful behavior is pushing her into a psychological crisis.

I agree. Paris knows she’s done wrong…why constantly does she have to be reminded of it? Were all human and make mistakes…its not like she has 3 dui’s and was still driving. Plus, look at what she blew, .08…please that’s nothing.
If anyone is backed into a corner, then of course there going to start to breakdown. I feel so bad for her and I think this was handled completely inappropriate. If the Sheriff let her off on house arrest and went against the judge, than the judge should have held charges against the Sheriff.
I think the judge was way out of line and should think about finding another job that he’s better at. Maybe janitorial or something. :)

The rising sun
age old
yet new and inspiring
lighting up the world with its soft pink rays;
just watching the familiar hues
dance on still water
i return to emotions
that never truly left just as the sun sets
it rises again
wide arms embracing
a new day
-Li steins
we luv you Paris
