Cheeky bosses at Australian beer company Bondi Blonde Brewery are using Paris Hilton’s upcoming prison term for a publicity stunt. The marketing chiefs behind the low-carbohydrate beer have posted ads in papers and trade magazines all over the U.S. asking the authorities to send the socialite to Australia instead of jail. Hilton has to report to Los Angeles’ Century Regional Detention Center by 5 June to start serving her 23-day sentence for violating her probation following her 2006 drink-driving arrest.
But Bondi Blonde boss Jack Singleton has come up with an alternative: “Please send Paris Hilton to the world’s biggest convict colony: Australia.” The quirky ad comes with a photo of Hilton posing with a bottle of Bondi Blonde beer at a launch party in January. The cheeky marketing bosses states, “Paris has already served time Down Under. We invited her here in January 2007 to choose the face of a new low-carb beer… We’d be happy (especially the blokes) to have her back and we already have a special place put aside for Ms Hilton to serve out her sentence. It’s called Bondi Beach.”

Now I get it. This thing about time off for good behavior is a way devised by the Sheriff to tell her that she will not be told to go home a day or two latter as they did with a few other (much more decent and far better educated) celebrities (most of them achieved movie stars (who studied for years).
And this is actually working against Paris. In Michelle did a few hours PAris willdo the 22 or 23 days in full. For her own sake and for the sake of the Sheriff’s office, she will be segregated, but everyone involved knew this form the first day. That is why I say that the judge was very lenient because he could have ordered the bailiff to handcuff her right there and then when he senteced our princess to 45 days (I personally would have done that and increased the time to 90 days in the good interest of the city of LA, to make sure that this offender would not mix drinking and driving or evolve into a killer nad ending up doing 5 years for manslaughter at a federal prison).
So, in the end Paris is going to suffer reasonable punishment. Not too much (as i and other people would have given her - the full amunt alloed by law - 90 days). Enjoy your time Paris and like the other posters have sais, get used to handcuffs. They will handcuff you all the time.
Finally: you are a very bad example for my daughters. You need to learn a lesson in respect and humility. You have none. And get a decent degree too, at a good university (suince you can pay … or the problem is intelectual????)

all i gotta say is, after hearing about lindsay lohan’s lil fender bender the other morning, she better be locked up, cuz from what i read she was extremely intoxicated and swerved over a median or whatever and her car got fucked up not to mention the officers DID find cocaine in her car which makes what paris did seem like nothing, therefore if paris must go to jail, lindsay BETTER do time too, cuz if she doesn’t then it will definately seem like there just jailing paris cuz it’s paris

Let me tell you that the state legislature is considering changing the law and increasing the periods of incarceration and to make them mandatory. Under one of hte proposals Paris would have been sent to jail the second time (she was sent the third time she violated parole)for a minimum of 6 month and a max of 1 year. Lohan is going to be in jail morem much more than PAris because of the cocaine. Around a year me thinks. But wait and see, the state, the city is fed up with these brats who respect nothing, are rude, go nakid in public showing their parts. Hollywood was never so ill served as now. This is scum not “movie stars”.

I really think Paris should consider immigration. The law in America is too strict and tough. Any small mistake will incur huge punishment. And also the police in America are so brutal that they are the worst police in the world. Some Americans are very stupid. They think reinforcing strong force can make the country order. This is absolutely wrong! Like Iraq, sometimes more strong punishment will inspire more resistance.
Anyway, Australia is a very good country. The people in here are very nice. I think Australia is a very good immigration destination for her! Also Lohan need consider immigrate into Australia. If both of them still live in America, they will get much more trouble.
