Benji runs over paparazzi and leaves?

Paris and Benji Madden ran over a paparazzi and left the scene several days ago.

Photographer Glen Gurniak noticed the famous couple leaving a Los Angeles night club and tried to take photos of them. Their car ran over his foot and Gurniak reported this to the police, The Sun writes.

Benji was driving the car, while Paris was in the passenger seat.

- There were too many people that side of the car so he swung the wheels in my direction on the other side of the car and got my foot trapped under the wheel. I yelled at him, `Dude, you’ve pinched my foot under the wheel, don’t drive, don’t drive` - the injured paparazzo said.

Benji never looked back. The police say the case is being investigated.

Actually, the car was barely moving.
The paps were falling over themselves to get pics of Paris and Nicole. The photog has only himself to blame for not getting out of the way.
